Friends in Australia have launched a fundraising appeal for MAITRI. As you know, the situation in India is terrible. We have had to stop outside services during this latest lock down, except TB and Mother & Child program patients coming for weekly rations. Our inpatients and the animals still require our care, and the desperate need in the community has not gone away. MAITRI will be needed even more once the immediate crisis is over.
